Responsibilities
Develops and communicates a clear product vision that aligns with strategic objectives
Oversees backlog refinement and prioritization across multiple product components
Leads cross-functional workshops to define features and resolve conflicting requirements
Establishes success metrics and monitors product performance against KPIs
Guides development teams in applying agile principles and best practices
Identifies opportunities for innovation and process optimization within the product lifecycle
Aligns stakeholder expectations and negotiates priorities to maximize product value
Provides mentorship to junior product owners and team members
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in product ownership or management in a technology or digital environment
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles
Proven ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision
Experience in backlog refinement and prioritization
Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and resolve conflicting requirements
Experience in establishing success metrics and monitoring product performance against KPIs
Strong analytical skills for reporting and data discovery
Ability to mentor junior product owners and team members
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience working with HR systems and data
Knowledge of operational efficiency and process optimization
Experience in a high-impact team environment
