Liberty Creative Solutions is a full-service integrated marketing and professional design firm, seeking a Sales & Business Development Representative to drive growth by connecting with new clients and showcasing their services. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present and promote Liberty Creative Solutions’ services
Generate leads through cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and trade shows
Track leads, manage pipeline, and close deals
Collaborate with internal teams to align with marketing and client goals
Qualification
Required
2 or 4 year College Degree Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Hunter mentality, eager to seek out and win new business
Proactive, persistent, and goal-oriented
Must be results oriented with a high energy level improvement- willing to invest the time and effort necessary to facilitate change
Experience with Microsoft Suite of Products
Strong written and verbal skills
Preferred
Sales, marketing, or business development experience (not required)
