The Team Lead will carry out supervisory responsibilities, assist in planning and organizing workflow, promote teamwork, and ensure compliance with company policies while performing functions as a fulfillment associate.

Responsibilities
Tasks include planning/organizing work; training associates; assigning and directing work; in partnership with the Supervisor or Manager, addressing issues and resolving problems
Train associates on processes
Assist the Supervisor and other internal groups to meet and exceed customer requirements
Assist the Supervisor and other Staff to ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, and guidelines
Assure the safety and security of associates and inventory
Coordinate with other departments on processes and procedures
Monitor associate production standards and partner with Supervisor to ensure SOPs are followed
Perform all functions same as a fulfillment associate
Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security
May be required to complete other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of direct experience in a 3PL, fulfillment, distribution, or warehouse environment
WMS helpful
Must have some leadership experience
Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptability
Proven project implementations with demonstrated process improvement
High school or GED required
Must be able to lift 30lbs-50lbs
