Responsibilities
Work with team members on design and develop solutions on the following Salesforce clouds: Salesforce Order management, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Sales and Service cloud solutions
Lead Discovery sessions and capture key business requirements
Document functional specifications
Groom and elaborate user stories including defining clear acceptance criteria
Perform field mapping / transformation
Perform gap analysis
Assist with solution design
Communicate frequently and clearly with various stakeholders including executive level on both internal as well as client side
Manage PMO activities such as tracking budget and updating project status
Qualification
Required
5+ years or equivalent experience with Salesforce (any cloud)
2+ year or equivalent experience in Service cloud
Salesforce Admin and Consultant Certifications
Preferred
Familiarity with B2B commerce
Familiarity with order management concepts
Familiarity with managing integration projects
Familiarity with Jira / Azure Dev Ops
Other Salesforce experience
Consulting experience
