Prepare Individual Service Plans Assessments and progress notes
Responsible for managing all health care needs and medications prescribed to residents
Complete financial assessments and develop training plans to maximize each individual's responsibility for their personal finances
You will provide ongoing staff supervision separately and in conjunction with the Assistant Director, as well as function in a backup capacity for one or more House/Case Managers in their absence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a social service field or the equivalent of 2 years' related experience
Computer Literacy
Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
Experience leading/supervising staff
Ability to drive large passenger vans or willingness to be trained
Maintain required certifications in CPR, first aid, infectious diseases and other classes (provided)
Preferred
Experience with adults with developmental disabilities
