Research real estate markets, sectors, and economic trends
Assist with performance analysis and portfolio reporting
Support due diligence on real estate funds and managers
Prepare data summaries, presentations, and client materials
Maintain internal databases and research files
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Clear communication and attention to detail
Interest in real estate markets and investment strategy
Preferred
PowerPoint and data-tool experience a plus
