Create technical packs based on direction given during handoffs from the design and buying teams
Assist with evaluating development samples to ensure construction, fit, and material standard specifications are met
Assist with updates to tech packs
Communicate issues related to quality and fit with overseas factory partners and internal stakeholders
Assist with product quality audits
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Exercises sound judgement and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Able to be on-site three days per week in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin
Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in technical design or a related field is required
Bachelor's Degree in Technical Design or related field preferred, or 5+ years of technical design experience is required
