Thomas James Homes is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to build and lead a high-performing demand generation function. This role involves designing integrated marketing programs that enhance brand storytelling and drive pipeline growth while ensuring alignment across various marketing channels.

Responsibilities

Design and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns that fuel demand for Build, Buy, and (Re)Build products
Translate TJH’s brand story into campaigns, digital experiences, and experiential touchpoints
Ensure alignment across paid, organic, social, events, and field marketing so channels work in unison, not silos
Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing & Sales Analytics, and IT to improve lead tracking, funnel visibility, and reporting accuracy
Collaborate with Sales leadership to ensure campaign output drives both volume and quality of leads
Steward the end-to-end customer journey, optimizing each stage from first impression through advocacy
Monitor and optimize against CAC and ROI benchmarks, ensuring marketing spend drives profitable growth
Provide structure, guidance, and accountability to raise the performance of the marketing team
Serve as a strategic partner to the CMO, piloting innovative approaches and helping shape TJH’s growth marketing vision

Required

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles
Track record of building and scaling integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable growth
Demonstrated success in brand stewardship, with examples of elevating positioning and messaging across channels
Deep knowledge of customer journey mapping and experience designing strategies that optimize across every stage

Preferred

Owns and evolves a brand narrative across channels and audiences
Leads with a customer-first mindset, designing campaigns and content that deliver experiences as powerful as the product itself
Brings a deep understanding of the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring every touchpoint is intentional and seamless
Operates with creative and analytical fluency, shaping compelling positioning while managing CAC, ROI, and funnel metrics
