Director of Revenue Operations & Growth

Thomas James Homes is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations & Growth to establish and operate a comprehensive demand-to-revenue system. This leader will focus on connecting marketing activities, sales execution, and revenue outcomes, ensuring clarity and accountability in the revenue generation process.

Responsibilities

Design and own the end-to-end demand-to-revenue operating model, from first touch through contract execution
Define, standardize, and govern funnel stages, lead definitions, and handoff criteria between Marketing and Sales
Build and maintain a single source of truth for demand performance, pipeline health, and revenue attribution
Partner with Sales leadership to align on lead quality standards, conversion expectations, and feedback loops
Establish and own core performance metrics, including CPL, CAC, conversion rates, velocity, and revenue contribution
Partner with Finance to align marketing performance reporting with business economics and ROI
Serve as the business owner for CRM and related systems, defining requirements, governance, and data hygiene standards
Identify friction points and inefficiencies across marketing and sales workflows and drive prioritized improvements
Translate performance insights into clear actions, including recommending where to increase, reduce, or pause investment
Establish regular performance reviews focused on learning, optimization, and outcomes, not reporting theater
Act as a strategic partner to the CMO, providing clarity and decision support without absorbing channel execution

Required

8–12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles
Proven experience building and operating end-to-end demand-to-revenue systems
Deep familiarity with CRM platforms and performance reporting
Experience partnering closely with Finance on measurement, forecasting, and ROI
Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into decisions
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive leadership
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree a plus
Salesforce preferred
