Responsibilities
Prepare weekly and monthly cost and usage analysis for various areas, energy, chemicals, ingredients and packaging, as assigned
Monitors and maintains key performance indicators for the whey and cheese departments, tracking trends and providing detailed insights
Prepares budget and forecast analysis and reports, delivering clear insights to management
Assists with plant inventory control for raw material, ingredients, packaging and finished goods, as assigned
Assist with standardization of reporting and analysis across manufacturing locations
Review work and test for reasonableness; identify questionable results and investigate root cause
Support analysis of data as well as development/refinement of financial models related to continuous improvement initiatives and internal growth
Cross-train with other analysts, collaborate and share learnings across the team
Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis and trending as required
Participates in special projects or action teams
Qualification
Required
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years related experience
Track record of achievement in driving performance and change
Ability to motivate and influence a diverse group of people
High degree of personal, commercial and professional credibility
Driven, energetic results oriented individual with the ability to thrive under pressurized conditions
Preferred
CPA, CMA or equivalent experience preferred
