TouchPoint Support Services provides customer focused support services and is seeking an EVS Assistant Director. This individual will assist the Director with all operational needs of the facility, ensuring the department achieves established objectives and adheres to regulations.

Responsibilities

Coordinates the tasks of the subordinate Supervisory and Management team
Carries out daily schedules and fulfills all customer needs
Assists with inspections and evaluates physical condition of facility
Attends regular staff meetings and communicates with members of other departments to coordinate operation activities
Carries out major projects, assuring that staff perform their duties and have the necessary supplies
Maintains excellent relations with residents, Client and all community departments
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Excellent customer services skills and experiences
Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service
Excellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills
Excellent written and oral communication

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience
Contract-managed service experience is desirable
