Jr. Insurance Sales Producer
Specialty Program Group is focused on partnering with industry-leading specialty businesses to optimize their operations. They are seeking a New Business Junior Sales Producer to join their sales team, responsible for consultative sales to small business owners and driving policy growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and calculate suitable plans utilizing consultative sales skills, building trust, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
Conducting a high volume of quality sales calls with Small Business clients
Complete Due Diligence and Affidavit forms, create PFA’s (finance agreements) and ACORD forms as needed, including obtaining compliance approval
Provide Commercial Auto quoting assistance for the Sales team
Present and sell small business insurance policies to new clients through policy quoting, binding, and issuing in carriers proprietary quoting systems
Possesses a general knowledge and understanding of the Small Commercial market; ability to differentiate between carriers' offerings and make suggestions to our customers that best suit their needs
Financial Acumen and basic understanding of Small Commercial insurance underwriting principles
Build & maintain strong relationships with commercial underwriters
Ability to follow processes and procedures and the ability to understand and manage complex tasks while working under tight timeframes
Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and seeks innovative solutions to challenges
Solution driven, problem solving skills and proven analytical skills
Sets clear goals, drives actions and holds self and others accountable to achieving targets. Consistently meets commitments and deadlines

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent work experience
1+ years of Prior sales experience as a Commercial Lines insurance producer
P&C license required

Maintain knowledge of strategic direction and plan, including goals and objectives to achieve quality service results for our clients
Maintaining a disciplined operating routine and sales process to ensure consistent execution of highly effective sales practices
