Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Brand Merchandising and Display Advertising capabilities
Apply deep ad tech expertise to identify opportunities, define product direction, and drive innovation across display and brand-focused ad formats
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Commercial stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable advertising solutions
Translate complex technical systems into clear product requirements and prioritization decisions
Define success metrics that balance advertiser ROI, customer trust, and long-term platform health
Drive alignment across stakeholders by clearly articulating tradeoffs, dependencies, and impact
Ensure advertising experiences are performant, relevant, and aligned with Chewy’s customer-first brand standards
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Product Management experience, with significant ownership of advertising, monetization, or marketplace products
Demonstrated domain expertise in display advertising and/or onsite retail media
Strong familiarity with ad servers, ad delivery pipelines, targeting, measurement, and reporting frameworks
Strong technical fluency and comfort partnering deeply with engineers on system design and experimentation
Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous problem spaces
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and experimentation
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience building or scaling retail media networks or ecommerce advertising platforms
Familiarity with privacy, consent, and first-party data constraints
Experience balancing monetization goals with customer experience and brand integrity
