Parts Sales Manager
Titan Machinery is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves leading a team, managing financial performance, and overseeing daily operations of the Parts Department to meet sales goals and maintain inventory.

Responsibilities
Understand key financial drivers, ensure the department meets or exceeds sales goals, and maintain an accurate inventory to meet customer needs and achieve financial success
Enhance customer satisfaction through effective service, resolve issues, and ensure high standards of staff training and performance
Oversee marketing, merchandising, and daily operations of the Parts Department, while fostering relationships with customers and manufacturers
Qualification
Required
2+ years' related experience and/or related military experience or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc)
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours
Ability to effectively lead and manage people
Strong customer service skills
