Responsibilities
Interpret complex financial data, build financial models, and provide actionable insights
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to drive profitability and support commercial initiatives
Develop, present, and oversee the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly accruals that align with the business projections within area of responsibility
Evaluate ad hoc requests ensuring compliance of accounting doctrine
Create and maintain Commercial financial reporting using applicable systems
Lead digital initiatives for finance such as Vistex, Prophix, Celonis, RPA, Power BI, etc
Liaise with IT to ensure systems and reporting are aligned with business requirements
Ensure adherence to internal controls
Publish sales policy document annually
Manage approval matrix based on group policies
Provide leadership and foster team development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
5+ years of experience in varied areas of accounting/finance as it relates to Sales & Marketing
Advanced Excel skills required including V-Lookup and Pivot tables
Must be able to work, and communicate, with all professional levels
Work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and pivot as necessary
Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Preferred
Professional Finance qualification (CPA, CA, CMA..) is preferred
Experience with financial reporting software tools (Power BI) is preferred but not required
