This role focuses on ensuring effective property management, maintaining accurate records, leasing units, and tenant retention, while also assuming leadership responsibilities in the Community Manager's absence.

Responsibilities
Collect, post and deposit rental and other income within 24 hours of collection
Keep all lease files current and complete
Maintain dead files in proper condition
Prepare and deliver all delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate
Review all lease files prior to move-in
Schedule renewals or move-outs
Conduct resident move-outs in accordance with state law and company standards
Assume Community Manager’s responsibilities when not available
Qualification
Required
2+ years in Multifamily property management, proven track record of success
Strong admin and communication skills
Ability to work Saturdays, Required
Valid driver's license
Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test
Preferred
LIHTC experience, strongly preferred
Yardi experience, strongly preferred
