Responsibilities

Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts and obtaining referrals for new F&I business opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space
Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within the dealerships
Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders via the relevant medium – e-mail/intranet/newsletter to maintain good relationships
Attend conferences, seminars, training events and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts, as needed
Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy-in to maintain good relationships
Work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the sales area
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the sales area
Must live in the territory (Wisconsin, parts of Illinois and Minnesota)
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders via the relevant medium
Ability to cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts
Ability to understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts
Ability to work from home in an entrepreneurial atmosphere

Preferred

Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
Dealership training experience
Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership
Basic knowledge of all F&I products
Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims
Ability to multi-task
