Sales Manager
Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is partnered with a well-established financial institution that is evolving into a sales-led, performance-driven culture. They are seeking a hands-on sales leader to drive measurable sales results across call center, digital, and branch sales channels.
Responsibilities
Managing sales teams within a financial institution call/contact center
Leading teams to exceed sales goals
Coaching and performance management (huddles, 1:1s, call reviews)
Working directly with sales representatives
Experience with cross-sell and/or telemarketing environments
Knowledge of financial products and compliance
Proficient in Excel and sales tracking tools
Qualification
Required
3+ years managing sales teams within a financial institution call/contact center
Proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales goals
Strong coaching and performance management skills (huddles, 1:1s, call reviews)
Hands-on leadership style; comfortable working directly with reps
Experience with cross-sell and/or telemarketing environments
Working knowledge of financial products and compliance
Proficient in Excel and sales tracking tools (AI tools such as Copilot a plus)
