Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to drive program execution from concept through mass production, ensuring alignment on goals and timelines
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones and communicating progress to stakeholders and executive leadership
Manage prototype builds, trials, and factory operations, coordinating with vendors and contract manufacturing partners
Identify and resolve technical challenges through collaboration and clear decision-making across engineering disciplines
Oversee design reviews and validation schedules, ensuring compliance with performance, quality, and regulatory standards
Control development budgets and change requests, maintaining financial accountability throughout the program lifecycle

Required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3+ years in hardware engineering and 3+ years in project/program management for complex hardware development
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage programs from concept to mass production
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with experience in vendor and contract manufacturing coordination
