Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate large-scale, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and business teams
Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely execution
Drive resolution of complex technical and operational challenges, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions
Manage vendor relationships and global manufacturing operations, ensuring quality standards and compliance with program requirements
Communicate program status, risks, and key decisions to executive leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear and actionable manner
Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and change requests, maintaining financial accountability throughout the program lifecycle

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field

Strong technical acumen with excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and align diverse teams
