Director of Deposit Operations
Ford Motor Company is launching Ford Credit Bank to provide innovative banking solutions for customers. The Director of Deposit Operations will oversee the bank's deposit strategy, focusing on digital deposit initiatives and collaborating with the executive team to meet the bank's goals.

Responsibilities
Development, strategy, management, and marketing of Deposit Account products
Implement strategy digital deposit products program for the Bank
Establishes new deposit products or industry niches and develops a marketing/sales plan to execute with goals of establishing industry expertise and driving deposit portfolio growth
Collaborates with Ford Credit and Ford in the development and marketing of lending products to ensure full integration of deposit banking activities within the organization
Banking deposit strategic planning working in concert with CEO and CFO
Prepare and present reports to the Board of Directors as requested
Serves on Bank committees as appropriate (i.e. ALCO, Pricing Committee, etc.)
Additional duties as assigned by the CEO
Responsible for deposit banking activities including setting goals and strategies for deposit production, pricing, profitability, diversification, liquidity metrics, concentration management, regulatory compliance, and risk management
Work with deposit vendors and product teams to ensure optimal customer experience
Measure and actively work to improve customer Net Promoter Score
Assist ALCO with deposit pricing and growth strategy
Interface with the Bank’s regulators including the FDIC and Utah Department of Financial Institutions, take the lead on deposit related exam questions and responses
Travel approximately 20% of the time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in business administration, finance or related field required, advanced degree in banking or related field
10+ years in Deposit strategy required
10+ years of management experience
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and organization skills
High emotional intelligence with proven ability to motivate, mentor and coach others
Effectively and self-sufficiently solves problems with effective results
Preferred
Successfully interact with and influence senior leadership, including executive management
