Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist will oversee the implementation of new contracts, set up system parameters, and coordinate all components required for a successful program start-up.

Responsibilities
Track schedule & progress of all set up properties and follow installation progress where applicable
Regularly communicate status to all parties involved both internal and external
Review all incoming new contracts, renewals, and service changes and additions
Coordinate and track progress of all phases
Communicate status both internally and externally
Accurately track and report status
Set up certain program parameters in UBS. Set phases: 1) Initial contact, 2) Contract review, 3) training, 4) Set Up system, rates, 5) compliance and training 6) Meters 7) Pre-billing
Qualification
Required

Project Management – Develops project plans; Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities

Customer Service – Works directly with Clients (owners and management) and internal staff
