Responsibilities
Drive Revenue Growth – Execute strategies to achieve rapid, sustainable revenue growth and expand market share
Develop Scalable Sales Strategies – Design and implement sales plans that can scale quickly as the business grows
Identify New Market Opportunities – Research and penetrate untapped markets, segments, and geographies
Optimize Sales Processes – Streamline workflows, adopt automation tools, and eliminate bottlenecks to accelerate deal cycles
Implement Data-Driven Decision Making – Use analytics and CRM insights to forecast trends, track KPIs, and refine strategies
Strengthen Strategic Partnerships – Develop alliances with key industry players to unlock new revenue streams
Monitor Competitive Landscape – Stay ahead of competitors by adapting pricing, positioning, and value propositions quickly
Champion Continuous Improvement – Regularly review performance, implement feedback loops, for sustained growth
Execute a hyper-local sales strategy tailored to market dynamics
Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
Deepen relationships with key accounts and drive new customer acquisition
Act as a catalyst for performance, accountability, and urgency within the market

Qualification
Required
Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales growth targets
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, and CRM systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: 5-7 years of proven success in sales management, ideally within the electrical market
