Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and will lead end-to-end AJO journey orchestration while overseeing XDM schema design and data governance.

Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end AEP domain strategy and across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), XDM data modeling, schema governance, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Workspace

Own the design, governance, and quality standards of XDM schemas, datasets, identity stitching, and segmentation models across the enterprise

Design and oversee real‑time and batch data ingestion pipelines into AEP from multiple source systems, ensuring accuracy and scalability

Drive the design, orchestration, and activation of customer journeys in AJO in collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering teams

Enable advanced analytics and reporting through CJA Workspace, including metric definitions, attribution models, and customer insight frameworks

Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AEP solutions while ensuring compliance with data privacy and consent requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or a related technical field (master's preferred)

6–8+ years overall, with 3–5+ years focused on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), AJO, and CJA

Proven, hands-on expertise in AEP—including XDM schema design/governance, identity stitching, segmentation/journeys/triggers, and real‑time & batch ingestion pipelines—plus Adobe Journey Optimizer orchestration

Demonstrated experience enabling insights in CJA Workspace (metrics, attribution, reporting) and integrating AEP with cloud platforms/data lakes for downstream activation, with strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery
