The Director of Commercial Finance & Pricing will partner with Sales, Solutions Design, and Operations teams to develop pricing strategies, optimize financial models, and support new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Play a key role in supporting the design of winning proposals by developing and modeling optimized deal structures and relevant pricing, working closely with the Sales, Operations, & Solutions teams
Own and optimize the commercial financial models used for decision-making and ensure the accuracy of transaction outputs. Ensure that model inputs and assumptions are reviewed, pressure tested, and updated at a regular cadence
Develop transaction summary documents for internal and shareholder approvals. Manage the internal deal review scheduling process
Support the commercial process by compiling & analyzing relevant information, conducting benchmarking analysis, providing insight and recommendations regarding pricing, operating cost, and overall market trends
Manage new business award interaction with corporate financial models for forecasting and procurement planning. Leverage CRM tools and pipeline data to forecast revenue and conduct scenario planning
Build and maintain dashboards tied to key KPIs; flag anomalies; analyze funnel metrics, win rates, sales velocity
Partner with leadership on defining compensation & territory models, quotas, and lead/opportunity routing
Work internally and with legal to ensure contracts reflect terms and conditions consistent with transaction approvals

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA, or advanced degree preferred
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to view a deal from the company and client perspective and develop compelling solutions
Advanced spreadsheet skills โ€“ Excel; Demonstrated knowledge and ability to create, utilize, support, and explain complex spreadsheet models
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to analyze and interpret contractual, financial, technical, and operational data
Strong interpersonal skillsโ€“ be able to effectively work with Sales, Operations, and Solutions teams

Preferred

Investment banking experience a plus
