Responsibilities
Establish the AI-first architecture principles from the perspective of AI platform, influencing, how all-consuming platform domains adopt and scale AI
Design and architect strategies, pathways and decision trees to formulate ecosystem for Agentic systems, Agent-to-Agent Communications, Agentic Orchestration, Intelligent Workflows (not only limited to data)
Provide ROI for ensuring the AI capabilities to integrate seamlessly with all platform engineering domains which includes but is not limited to API gateways, data platform contracts, eventing systems, IAM endpoints, semantic layers
Partner with cross-platform domains to embed AI in 'everything platform', i.e. Observability, CI/CD, Data Platforms, DevEx, Security, Workplace Services, Incident and Problem management etc
Define standards for multi-agent and cross-agent collaboration, integration, policies and AI-to-system interaction patterns
Responsible for end-to-end AI Lifecycle Architecture which includes full AIOps, MLOps and LLMOps
Guide the architecture of the AI Platform – including LLM services, vector databases, feature stores, model serving infrastructure, agent frameworks and orchestration layers
Strategize the step-by-step roadmap for building foundational components required to establish strong AI foundation and infrastructure stack
