InternARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, is seeking an IT Support Specialist Intern to join their Technology team. The intern will assist with support tickets, maintain technical documentation, and help with account creation, providing a hands-on opportunity in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities
Respond and resolve user support information technology requests
Maintain technical documentation of various systems and software programs
Deploy new hardware, software, and upgrade existing installations
Research solutions to new problems and better solutions to existing problems
Participate in implementing IT-based projects
Provisioning iOS and Android Mobile Devices
Inventorying assets
Handling Tier 1 Support Incidents and Requests through Service Now
Imaging Workstations
Assist with account creation
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university or technical program in one of the following or a related technical field Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity
Must be enrolled in or completed a server or networking class in college
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and proofreading skills
Must possess the ability to work and communicate effectively with other company personnel
Must be able to handle multiple priorities and operate efficiently and effectively and have good documentation and communication skills
Must be able to work part to full time hours out of our Downers Grove, IL office
Preferred
Proficiency in the Office 365 suite of products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
