Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to practice group leadership, providing guidance on talent planning, engagement, utilization, and workforce strategy aligned with Firm priorities
Manage the end-to-end attorney experience, including onboarding, integration, performance management, mentoring, and departures, to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience
Lead new hire and lateral onboarding and integration efforts, supporting effective navigation of the Firm’s open assignment system and balanced workload management
Design and execute initiatives that strengthen morale, mentoring, professional development, and long-term retention within the Litigation Practice Group
Support partners with associate meetings and Office Hours, and help plan and deliver content for department meetings, training sessions, engagement activities, and feedback forums
Partner with the Employee Relations Center of Expertise and the Office of the General Counsel on employee relations matters, administer HR policies and procedures, and analyze trends through exit interviews and reporting to inform retention and growth strategies

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a professional services or similarly complex environment
Strong foundation in employee relations, HR best practices, and policy administration
Proven ability to lead through influence, develop talent, and drive organizational change
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with Partners and senior leaders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, analyze data, and solve problems in a dynamic environment
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement, creativity, and excellence
Experience documenting medium- to large-scale projects and developing and delivering presentations with minimal supervision
