Director/ExecutiveMenadier Engineering LLC is a fast-growing civil engineering and land surveying firm seeking a high-performing Civil Engineer to lead projects and elevate their internal team. The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects while providing mentorship and improving project execution and accountability.

Responsibilities
Lead civil engineering projects from kickoff through final deliverables
Produce and/or oversee site civil design, plan sets, calculations, and technical documentation
Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and internal workload planning
Ensure quality control and consistent standards across deliverables
Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight to engineering staff and project managers
Support project planning, scope development, and client communication
Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, production standards, and efficiency
Assist with permitting coordination and agency responses when needed
Maintain project organization, documentation, and professional communication throughout
Train and develop engineering staff
Improve project execution and accountability
Help implement scalable systems for project management and production
Contribute to building a strong, aligned, high-performance team culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)
Strong civil engineering experience with the ability to deliver projects from start to finish
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of accuracy
Strong communication skills and professional judgment
A leadership mindset with the ability to guide and mentor others
Preferred
Florida PE license (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe)
Experience leading project teams and overseeing engineering production
Background in land development, site design, and permitting coordination
Experience improving workflows, standards, and production efficiency
Client-facing confidence and relationship-building ability
