Experience leading technical teams in the development of enterprise or government AI or ML systems
Experience engaging with non-technical leadership teams to communicate technical content and build requirements
Experience working with LLMs or Generative AI systems
Knowledge of AI frameworks, supporting tools, and design patterns such as LangGraph, MCP, or A2A
Knowledge of a scripting language
Ability to map AI solutions onto customer problems
