Responsibilities
Audit and clean NetSuite data including items, forms, lists, and records; correct misconfigurations and standardize metadata
Configure roles and permissions, record forms, and transaction rules aligned with current operations and controls
Design Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics workbooks, and dashboards to replace spreadsheet-based reporting for sales, pricing, item usage, and gross margin by item, customer, and tier
Define and implement process fixes around fulfillment and shipping cost controls
Collaborate with operations to map the ceiling-lift installation lifecycle and implement practical project management cadences with templates, statuses, and KPIs
Create administrative-level documentation and train end users on new reports and processes
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on experience in administering and configuring NetSuite, including forms, roles, and transactions
Strong skills in reporting and analytics within NetSuite, specifically using Saved Searches and SuiteAnalytics
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data preparation and validation
Experience in replacing spreadsheet processes with systemized reporting and dashboards
A process improvement mindset with the ability to own outcomes in a project-based engagement
Must have experience in NetSuite
Preferred
Experience preferred in Power BI or Tableau
Experience in manufacturing industry is desirable
