Responsibilities
7 years+ technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Building and updating complex business process flows in Dynamics 365
Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps) and Platform, including Power BI and Power Automate
Configuring API integrations (experience with Drupal, Hivebrite, Docebo, and CVENT or similar system integrations is preferred.)
JavaScript development skills for Dynamics customization
Dataverse queries/FetchXML and solution layering strategies
Evaluating business processes and translating organizational needs into effective Dynamics 365 solutions
Ability to learn organizational context quickly and connect business challenges to CRM‑based improvements
Ability to function as both lead consultant and technical SME, guiding project direction, sequencing, and risk mitigation
Interest in learning about an organization at a depth necessary to connect business needs and challenges to effective solutions within Dynamics
Strong ability to communicate with both technical partners and end users
Proven experience developing future‑state process maps and CRM solution blueprints
