Responsibilities
Provide coaching, guidance, and daily oversight to Quality Assurance staff to ensure smooth operations, strong teamwork, and consistent communication
Champion quality initiatives across the organization, serving as a trainer, subject-matter expert, and project lead
Drive continuous improvement by guiding interdisciplinary teams in developing and implementing policies, standards, and procedures that strengthen product and process quality
Maintain an ISO- and AS9100-compliant QMS and evaluate subsystem performance to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with corporate objectives
Collaborate closely with design and process engineering teams on new product development and process optimization
Determine appropriate measurement, testing, and inspection methods at a strategic level
Lead routine departmental meetings and participate in company management reviews
Qualification
Required
Experience with QMS and AS9100
At least 5 years of Quality Management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Minimum of 3 years supervising or coaching staff
Hands-on experience with root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies
Working familiarity with PPAP, PFMEA, and calibration program administration
Preferred
Background in manufacturing, quality, or aerospace is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience
