Creative Director, Brand & Creative Operations
Tumble is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand reinventing the home furnishings industry with their curated collection of stylish, washable, and spillproof rugs. They are seeking a Creative Director, Brand & Creative Operations to shape the brand's presence across various channels while managing creative projects and timelines.
Responsibilities
Own project management and creative approvals across brand campaigns, product launches, promotions, website, paid media, and email
Work directly with Co-Founder and Co-CEO to manage timelines, capacity planning, and dependencies
Build and manage launch asset matrices and timelines (PDPs, paid creative, email, organic, and supporting assets)
Translate brand strategy and product differentiation into clear creative guidance
Oversee creative execution (e.g., photo, video, graphic design) for seasonal and product launches, ensuring deliverables are ready across channels
Partner with Brand Strategy, Acquisition, and eComm to align assets to channel needs and performance goals
Introduce lightweight systems and processes to reduce rework and improve clarity across teams - leveraging AI, when possible
Balance speed, quality, and performance needs across creative output
Provide direction and feedback to designers and external partners to unblock execution and raise quality
Manage freelancers and production vendors as needed, ensuring work is high-quality and on time
Create clarity across teams—reducing bottlenecks and improving cross-functional execution
Qualification
Required
6–10 years of experience in brand, creative, or integrated marketing roles
DTC and/or performance-driven brand experience strongly preferred
Strong creative taste paired with exceptional execution instincts
Comfortable operating as both strategic leader and hands-on contributor (player/coach)
Launch experience is required, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple channels and teams
Highly organized, process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
Experience with project management tools such as Notion, Asana, Jira, Slack
Highly comfortable using AI tools to move faster and work smarter—such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly/Podcast, Runway, Cursor, and Figma AI
Deep passion for design and exceptional taste, with a strong point of view on what makes creative feel modern, elevated, and on brand
