Responsibilities
Manage residential remodeling projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, maintaining trust through clear, timely communication and a solutions-oriented approach
Direct and supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring scopes are clearly defined and executed to design intent
Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism on every job site
Monitor schedules, budgets, and job costing weekly; oversee material orders and invoices with precision
Manage change orders, maintain accurate records, and coordinate inspections in alignment with Alabama building codes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven experience leading residential remodeling projects
Strong organizational and communication skills; able to build rapport with clients, trade partners, and internal teams
Proficiency in scheduling, job costing, and construction documentation
High standards for presentation, cleanliness, and quality on every site
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and make informed decisions
