Senior LevelMatrix USA is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Avolution ABACUS to design, implement, and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks that align with business objectives. The role focuses on driving strategic architecture initiatives, ensuring compliance with standards, and enabling digital transformation across the organization.

Responsibilities
Define and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, and guidelines
Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with business and technology strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements
Configure and manage ABACUS for modeling, analysis, and reporting
Create and maintain architecture models, frameworks, and visualizations in ABACUS
Perform impact analysis and scenario planning using ABACUS capabilities
Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and solution architects to align architecture with organizational goals
Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate architecture decisions
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies
Support digital transformation initiatives and cloud migration projects
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in large-scale environments
Hands-on expertise with Avolution ABACUS (modeling, configuration, reporting)
Strong knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, and other EA frameworks
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Familiarity with data architecture, integration patterns, and cybersecurity principles
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
Certification in TOGAF or similar EA frameworks
