Responsibilities

Develop and execute future-state change and learning strategies aligned with client culture and priorities
Lead stakeholder engagement, communicate risks and impacts clearly, and drive alignment across all levels
Simplify complex change, set expectations, and guide clients and teams through ambiguity
Deliver and guide learning programs that accelerate adoption and build workforce capability
Build and coach change champion networks to sustain momentum and embed new behaviors
Design reinforcement strategies—coaching, measurement, and continuous learning—to secure long-term value
Implement measurement systems that track adoption, proficiency, sentiment, and learning outcomes
Surface insights, risks, and improvement opportunities to strengthen change and learning effectiveness
Use feedback loops to refine approaches and demonstrate value through measurable outcomes
Lead delivery of change, learning, and transformation workstreams, ensuring alignment to client needs
Remove obstacles, improve team velocity, and coach others in effective delivery practices
Apply emerging technologies—including AI and AI agents—to enhance productivity and quality

Required

10+ years across change management, learning, talent, or transformation disciplines
Strong knowledge of change frameworks and methodologies; certifications are beneficial but not required
Proven success leading structured change approaches for large-scale transformations or technology implementations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences from frontline teams to executives
Clear, confident facilitation—able to drive decisions, navigate dynamics, and influence outcomes
Ability to articulate complex topics simply and provide strategic guidance with clear tradeoffs
Adaptable, collaborative working style with comfort navigating ambiguity
Strong ability to build trust and credibility with clients and senior leaders across industries
Experience coaching and mentoring others, leading workstreams and teams, developing talent, and modeling strong delivery habits
Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and delivery
Commitment to continuous learning, especially in emerging technologies and industry trends
Ability to identify value opportunities and contribute to pursuit and solutioning efforts
