Responsibilities
Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
Perform data dumping into Excel for analysis
Conduct statement research and analyze vendor discrepancies
Set up new processes to improve efficiency
Stuff checks and process purchase orders, verifying receipt of goods
Assist field operations as necessary
Process expense reports and communicate effectively with vendors
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of accounts payable experience
Proficiency in Excel, including sorting and summation tasks
Experience with accounts payable automation and large ERP systems, such as Oracle
Knowledge of invoice processing, purchase orders, and three-way matching
Preferred
Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
