Responsible for the placement of guests into games

Develop customer relations and facilitate usage of the MGM Rewards card

Explain rules and answer questions for guests

Open games in accordance with the supervisor’s instructions

Handle player transactions and maintain poker table banks with accuracy and efficiency

Track player activity using internal systems to ensure accurate records
