Serves as a loan closing subject matter expert to assist junior team members with questions and issues across all loan closing teams
Trains and mentors new hires to the team; helps review and update new hire training material and acts at the primary reviewer of completed deals during the training period
Trains and helps current colleagues needing additional refresher training
Attends job interviews (with managers) prospective loan closing colleagues
Performs other tasks as needed to support the line of business and job family
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
3-5 years of minimum experience in loan closing/appraisal operations
Preferred
Paralegal Certificate / Associate Degree in Finance or Business
Experience with SBA lending
