2+ years expgpac is partnering with a well-established law firm to identify an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. The attorney will defend insureds and carriers in various insurance defense matters, managing cases from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities
Defend insurance defense litigation matters from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
Conduct and defend depositions
Appear at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Communicate with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel
Manage case strategy, deadlines, and reporting requirements
Qualification
Required
2-7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
Experience with general liability, premises liability, or related defense matters
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Arizona Bar admission required
Ability to work in a hybrid role
Preferred
Deposition and motion practice experience preferred
