Drive operational excellence. Lead day-to-day market operations across sales, support, and clinical delivery, using KPIs to hold teams accountable and continuously improve performance
Build and lead high-performing teams. Hire, develop, and manage values-driven operators, builders, and growth leaders as the market scales
Serve as the market lead and brand ambassador. Build strong relationships with users, partners, and stakeholders to establish a trusted presence in Georgia
Scale with speed and flexibility. Navigate rapid growth and regulatory complexity while maintaining an exceptional patient experience
Partner cross-functionally. Collaborate with operations, clinical, and product teams to shape strategy and inform the company roadmap
Qualification
Required
7+ years of analytical, strategic operations experience, with a proven track record leading a company or market through hypergrowth (3–4x YoY) and managing an 8–9 figure P&L
Proven people builder. Experience scaling operations teams from ~15 to 45+, with a strong reputation as a leader and recruiting magnet
Strategic and execution-oriented. Able to set direction, align teams to the company mission, and drive toward clear, measurable growth goals
Highly data-driven. Comfortable using analytics and metrics to inform decisions and course-correct quickly
Hands-on, high-ownership mindset. Willing to get in the weeds, move fast, and handle the realities of an early-stage startup—this is not a traditional 9–5
