Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and ensure the Test Equipment (TE) development plan is achievable
Ensure a test strategy is optimized to meet program end-goal objectives
Identify and understand technology risks and Raytheon system design concepts supportive of incremental technical maturity/risk mitigation assessments
Architect TE events and environments which efficiently and effectively utilize models, simulations, test beds, prototypes, and full-scale Engineering Development Models (EDMs)
Assess technology risks and Raytheon system designs to support technical maturity and risk mitigation
Identify and specify additional requirements for capital, contract, and government assets

Required

Typically requires a Bachelors in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or Math and a Minimum of 10 years of experience with systems engineering, systems verification, validation, integration and test
Test Strategy & Architecture experience across the entire product lifecycle
Experience with development, environmental qualifications, production manufacturing, and/or operations testing
Experience with DoD processes, with focus on the T&E aspects
Experience managing a team
Experience with EVMS
Ability to obtain Final Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date

Preferred

Experience in Test Equipment development
Technical expertise in test methodology for RF systems
Must be a self-starter and able to manage workload to meet assigned deadlines
Excellent technical writing and formal presentation experience
Experience with leading single- or multi-discipline teams of engineers
Experience with Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA)
Project management experience
Advanced degree preferred
