Responsibilities
Evolve the multi-agent system that powers the platform, from architecture through production deployment
Own AI capabilities end-to-end, driving development of the core product
Partner closely with founders, designers, and financial advisors to shape product direction and user experience
Design and build production AI agent systems that enable advisors to tailor portfolios for thousands of clients
Lead development of multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling infrastructure, and evaluation frameworks
Build and maintain systems for state management, observability, and explainability to ensure reliability, transparency, and auditability
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in backend or full-stack software engineering, operating systems in production
Strong focus on building and shipping production AI / ML systems
Proven ability to rapidly iterate on complex systems in an early-stage environment
Proficient in Python and TypeScript
Experience using React in production environments
Actively uses AI coding tools to significantly increase development velocity
Preferred
Experience in financial services, particularly wealth or asset management, is a strong plus
Interest or experience with agentic / multi-agent AI systems preferred
