Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities of research protocols at both hospitals, including screening, enrollment, intervention, and monitoring of research participants
Ensure accurate data and specimen collection, proper documentation, organization, and participant safety
Transport blood or biological specimens from the operating room or labor and delivery to designated labs within walking distance
Performs other job duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Four years of related experience may substitute for degree requirement
One year of relevant experience
Preferred
Master's degree or Medical Degree
Two or more years of experience working in clinical trials with human subjects
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Ability to multi-task is critical to this role
Certified CCRP/CCRC preferred
Masters the skills to communicate with vulnerable population
Keeps calm in urgent situations
Maintain all required trainings and certifications up to date
Available for after-hours and weekend on-call duties as needed, depending on the specific study
