Responsibilities
Input all PO and Non-PO invoices accurately and efficiently
Process full-cycle AP payment runs on a weekly basis, handling up to 100 invoices
Ensure proper approvals are obtained for all invoices
Review AP statements monthly to ensure accuracy
Assist with monthly, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
Support monthly FACTS reviews and contribute to the AP cash forecasting process
Assist with monthly journal vouchers
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support the company's objectives
Qualification
Required
Experience in invoice processing and accounts payable
Proficiency in PO and Non-PO based invoicing
Familiarity with large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, or Netsuite
Experience with three-way matching
Preferred
3+ years of accounts payable experience preferred, or at least 1 year with demonstrable skills
1+ years of experience with larger ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Netsuite)
Experience processing up to 100 invoices weekly (PO and Non-PO based)
1+ year of three-way match experience (some two-way matching as well)
