Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage internal AI tools and agents that support teammates by answering common questions, routing requests, surfacing policies, and providing workflow guidance
Own and continuously improve internal AI systems that centralize firm knowledge, tools, and processes
Partner with leaders across Tax, Audit, HR, Recruiting, Operations, and IT to identify high-impact opportunities for AI support and automation
Develop and maintain AI-driven workflows that integrate with existing systems such as ticketing tools, knowledge bases, HR systems, and recruiting platforms
Ensure AI tools deliver accurate, secure, and up-to-date information, with appropriate guardrails and escalation paths
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and oversee implementation, whether solutions are built internally or configured through third-party platforms
Establish best practices for AI usage, documentation, testing, governance, and continuous improvement
Monitor adoption, performance, and effectiveness of AI tools and refine solutions based on feedback
Support change management and internal training to build trust and drive adoption of AI-enabled systems
Stay current on emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices and assess their applicability to the firm
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in technology, operations, automation, or systems enablement at a manager or senior individual contributor level
Hands-on experience building, configuring, or managing AI agents or AI-driven automation tools
Strong ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
Experience partnering with cross-functional, non-technical teams
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Comfort operating in a growing, evolving environment where solutions are built iteratively
