5+ years expINFO ORIGIN INC is seeking a Data Conversion Lead to plan and execute data migration activities for a large-scale Tax System Modernization program. The role ensures accurate, complete conversion of legacy data into a modern COTS platform and supports go-live readiness.

Responsibilities
Lead data conversion strategy, mapping, validation, and cutover activities
Coordinate with vendors, SMEs, DBAs, architects, and testing teams
Oversee ETL processes, trial conversions, and data quality remediation
Track and resolve conversion defects; support UAT and training environments
Maintain data mapping, documentation, and status reporting
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and retention standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years in large-scale data conversion / system modernization projects
Strong expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, Erwin Data Modeler
Experience with data governance, reconciliation, and validation
Preferred
Knowledge of government tax/revenue systems
