Responsibilities
Creating training materials to include manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises to educate users on system functionalities
Conducting training sessions for different user groups, addressing user needs, and answering questions about the system
Providing troubleshooting assistance to users during implementation phase and addressing any post-deployment issues
Qualification
Required
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED 'SECRET' Federal or DoD security clearance
Bachelor's degree
THREE (3) years' experience with system administration, software deployment, and/or systems training
Preferred
State Department experience (or other international agency)
Experience with Archibus or Kahua platforms
Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing project requirements
