Responsibilities
Hire, supervise, mentor and evaluate staff
Ensure optimum coverage through the development and monitoring of the schedule
Responsible for the implementation of high quality rehabilitation utilizing evidence based practices according to each person’s Treatment Plan, and with supervision from a Licensed Clinician
Facilitate and monitor the implementation of activities that create opportunities for the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community
Participate in On-call Beeper rotation
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record, required
Minimum of five years experience working in direct care, required
